Funny: this is REAL man, so REAL, the show is REAL, all live REAL series, REAL police-officers… ‘This not a joke’: could have fooled me. A hollywood action star playing cop… Seems like het got the donut-munching down just fine. Even funnier how one of the guys attending Seagal’s seminar was actually smiling as in ‘how the fuck am I going to make this work on the street?’ I seriously wouldn’t recommend aikido as a means of self-defense, not unless you plan on not needing it for the first 10 years.
